How do I book an appointment?
All services are booked online through our scheduling page. Choose your barber, select a service, and confirm your time. You’ll receive an instant text and email confirmation.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. All services are by appointment only. This ensures every client gets the time and attention they deserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before your appointment.
• No-call-no-shows (emails do not count) will be charged the full price of the service.
• You are considered a no-show after 10 minutes past your appointment start time.
• We reserve the right to charge based on your history of cancellations or no-shows.
Are appointments prepaid?
Yes. All appointments are prepaid at the time of booking to secure your time slot and keep the schedule running smoothly.
Can I choose my barber?
Yes. When booking, you can pick any available barber. Every barber follows the same standards and process, ensuring consistent quality across the team.
What services do you offer?
Haircuts, beard shaping, hot-towel shaves, line-ups, and specialty grooming services. Full descriptions and pricing are listed on our booking page.
How long does a haircut take?
Most appointments take 30–40 minutes depending on the style, hair length, and detail work.
Do you offer beard and shave services?
Yes. We provide beard trims, straight-razor shaves, shape-ups, and hot-towel treatments using premium products.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Yes, we welcome children and are experienced with all ages. The only requirement is they sit still.
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, dry hair and bring reference photos if you want a specific style.
Do you sell products or merch?
Yes. We carry grooming products, apparel, coffee, and more — available in-shop and online.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available online and delivered instantly. We also have physical gift cards available for purchase.
What if I’m running late?
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be charged as a no-show depending on circumstances. Giving us a call goes a long way.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking a few days/weeks ahead — weekends and evenings fill up quickly.
Do you accept tips?
Yes. You can tips in person. Cash is preferred.
